29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: a. On or about 1/23/2019, in the laboratory area, employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that, the bottles containing unknown chemicals on the countertops were not labeled correctly.
