29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews:  On or about January 15, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were installing siding on the apartment buildings under construction from pump jack scaffolds that did not have guardrails installed on the ends of platforms, exposing employees to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  On or about January 15, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were installing siding on the apartment buildings under construction from pump jack scaffolds approximately 24 feet high without the poles being secured to the structure at the bottom, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
