29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:(a)   a- Building Exterior :  An employee engaged in roofing activities on a flat lower roof was exposed to fall hazards of 15ft to the concrete below as an extension ladder used for roof access whose side rails did not extend 3ft above the upper landing surface. Condition noted on or about 01/22/2020.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- Building Exterior :  An employee engaged in roofing activities on a flat lower roof was exposed to fall hazards of 15ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 01/22/2020.      Morochos Home Improvement LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) (13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1419288, Citation # 1, Item # 3, issued on 08/14/2019 with respect to a work place located at 144 New Milford Ave, Dumont NJ 07628. The Citation became a final order on (DCAT)
