29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about January 22nd, 2020 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard in excess of ten feet while conducting tree trimming operations from a Chevrolet 7500 Terex boom without fall protection from an aerial lift in the vicinity of 505 South Ninth Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
