29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  a)  At 24887 Gulf Stream Circle, Units 17 - 22 Gulf Stream, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On or about January 22, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.   THE JZ GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, LLC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.102(A)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER  1386233, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 6, 2019,  WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4950 CYPRESS PARK, LOT 16 CYPRESS COVE, ORANGE BEACH, ALABAMA.
