29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a. On or about January 22, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about January 22, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, twenty (20) feet seven (7) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
