29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:  On or about 1/22/2020 at the pit, the employer failed to protect workers of all trades that were observed walking in the area of or working at the pit area. Workers were exposed to six-foot ten-inch fall hazards where the nine-foot ten-inch X nine-foot ten-inch X six-foot Ten-inch pit was not protected.
