29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was four feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. 1350 Hurricane Shoals Road NE, Lawrenceville, GA (Service Tech Area) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The service tech employees are required to access the top of the 12ft. Recreational Vehicles to apply sealant, repair roof leaks and/or sun roof when needed. The service technician employees are not utilizing any type of fall protection when working approximately 12ft. above ground level, on or about 01/23/2020.
