Electrical wires and cables runs across floors/aisleway and laying around on the floor in high traffic area, exposing employees to trip, slip and fall hazard, on or about 01/23/2020.

29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was four feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a.  1350 Hurricane Shoals Road NE, Lawrenceville, GA (Service Tech Area) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  The service tech employees are required to access the top of the 12ft. Recreational Vehicles to apply sealant, repair roof leaks and/or sun roof when needed.  The service technician employees are not utilizing any type of fall protection when working approximately  12ft. above ground level, on or about 01/23/2020.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:    a.     1350 Hurricane Shoals Road NE, Lawrenceville, GA (Throughout Shop Area) -  Employees were exposed to entrapment hazard.  There were designated, marked, and identified emergency exit doors located throughout the shop area were hidden by the large stationary/storage recreational vehicles were not in the line of sight. There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel, on or about 01/23/2020.

The designated, mounted portable fire extinguishers were hidden by the large stationary/storage recreational vehicles were not in the line of sight.  There were no markings and/or labeled/identified as to its location, in the event of an emergency, on or about 01/23/2020.
