29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:    (a) West Side of Building:  On or about January 26, 2020 and times prior, employees used a guardrail of a RUSTGO mobile scaffold to climb up and down, approximately 40 inches, from the eave of the roof to the scaffold platform. A ladder or stairway was not provided for employee access and exit from the roof.     AMERICAN BUILDING SYSTEMS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLAITON OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.1051(A) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1198106, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 12/22/2016. FINAL ORDER DATE 01/31/2017.
