29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(i): Electrical equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted: (a) ABC Supply Co, Inc. at 2035 E. 66th Ave. Denver, CO 80229: On or before 1/24/2020 the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment including steel conduit and outlet boxes were securely placed. Metal conduit and an outlet box were found suspended, supported only by the electrical cord enclosed within the conduit. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1: (a) ABC Supply Co, Inc. at 2035 E. 66th Ave. Denver, CO 80229: On or before 1/24/2020 the employer did not ensure that items were stored at least 30 inches away from the faces of the electrical panels in the warehouse. A space heater and a cardboard box were stored within 30 inches of the electrical panels. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.

An extension cord was used in lieu of permanent wiring for the purpose of powering the DEF pump. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.
