On or about January 22, 2020 and at times prior thereto, employees working at LaBarge Coating, LLC on Sheldon Rd, in Channelview, TX, were exposed to struck-by and caught-by hazards while working near unguarded rotating pipe and conveyers in the following areas:      a. The inbound blast roll-on area when joining sections of pipe.       b. The Spray powder tape on and off area when applying and removing tape to sections of pipe.      c. The kick out area when walking and working in close proximity to the line.
