Additionally, the employer did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under each energy control procedure they were authorized to use.    Howard Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1280264, citation number 1, item number 1c and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7 Brookfield St, Worcester, MA.
