29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Building 2, 43 Princeton - Hightstown Road, Princeton Junction NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 15 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof truss installation and other related activities without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/24/20. JCPA Group, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1253530, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/19, with respect to a workplace located at Danley Townhomes, 865 Old Lancaster Road, Bryn Mawr, PA. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
