29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) CEFCO Convenience Store 414 (Facility): On or about January 17, 2020, an employee suffered a workplace injury that resulted in an in-patient hospitalization for treatment and care. The employer failed to report the work-related hospitalization to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.
