Throughout kitchen area of McGuire's Irish Pub, located at 600 E. Gregory Street, Pensacola, Florida 32502: On or about January 27, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to slip trip or fall hazards, in that during floor renovations walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of sharp or protruding objects.
