29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: A) On or about January 27, 2020, at the 285 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, CT jobsite: Employer failed to install, at the minimum, one handrail on the stairway. Stairways in all four multi-family units had thirteen (13) risers, measured more than 30 inches (76 cm) from the lower level, and were not provided with at least one handrail.
