All sides of the paint booth were not kept clear of materials and chemicals but instead, was used as storage. The employer did not have a suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body for immediate use. b)National Indoor RV Centers - GA, LLC, Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 01/23/2020- In the spray booth area, the emergency eye wash was obstructed by a chemical containers and not available in the event of an emergency.
