29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:    National Indoor RV Centers - GA, LLC,  Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 01/23/2020, employees in the paint area were painting with flammable chemical, such as but not limited to, Premium Wash Thinner, Autoclear LV, Reducer, Clear Chip Guard Paint Coating, Colorbuild Plus Dark Grey, M600, and Autobase Plus MM Q160 Mixing Black.  All sides of the paint booth were not kept clear of materials and chemicals but instead, was used as storage.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     a)National Indoor RV Centers - GA, LLC, Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 01/23/2020, in the Battery Service Area and the Maintenance Department, employees are required to repair, add water and clean with corrosive chemicals, such as but not limited to, brake parts cleaner and lead acid battery (filled with acid). The employer did not have a suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body for immediate use.    b)National Indoor RV Centers - GA, LLC,  Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 01/23/2020- In the spray booth area, the emergency eye wash was obstructed by a chemical containers and not available in the event of an emergency.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
