29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about 1/25/2020 - 920 Wallace Wade Ave, Tuscaloosa, AL, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards while working from an elevated manlift to install metal plates on a precast beam without ensuring adequate support was provided to prevent collapse.
