29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Ramos Construction, LLC, at 1973 Leyden Street, Denver, CO 80224: On or before December 19, 2019, the employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that employees actively engaged in roofing activities on top of a residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of at least 10 feet.
