29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. West Haven Subdivision, 3740 Bridges Court, Lot #69, Cumming, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employee was not utilizing a means of fall protection while performing framing activities, working and walking approximately 9 feet above ground level on the elevated wooden roof trusses installing the truss peak, to the newly constructed two-story residential home, on or about 01/28/2020.
