29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Job site, at or near 936 Sheraton Drive, Mars, PA: On or about January 8, 2020, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that employees working in aerial lifts wore appropriate fall protection when working at heights of up to at least approximately 5 feet.
