29 CFR 1910.178(f)(1): The storage and handling of liquid fuels such as gasoline and diesel fuel shall be in accordance with NFPA Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code (NFPA No. 30-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. On or about 1/28/2020 at the portable diesel fuel refilling tank, workers were exposed to fire hazards where the 500 gallon tank was not protected against vehicular contact form traffic including but not limited to the John Deere forklift, bulldozers, personal vehicles and miscellaneous construction debris hauling vehicles during refueling and passing by. No abatement required
