Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    a)  On January 29, 2020, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to falls from the roof of a 3 story building.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
