29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a.) The employer did not ensure employees were protected while operating the #2 SPR Chicago Rivet and Machine Co. Riveter. On January 22, 2020, an employee was operating the riveter to replace a belt when the riveter cycled while her hand was in it, resulting in a partial amputation.
