29 CFR 1926.850(i): Floor openings, not used as material drops, were not securely covered: a) Demolition Site at 1319 West 6th Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 (Residential 3-Story Row Home) - On or about January 30, 2020, the employer failed to securely cover multiple floor openings, where floor planks had been removed, exposing employees to a tripping and falling hazard.
