29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about 01/29/2020 employees at the Stockhouse Road construction project were exposed to approximately 15' falls from a platform that was supported by a rough terrain forklift. The rough terrain forklift was not designed to lift personnel.
