29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: On or about January 30, 2020, and at times prior thereto, in the warehouse employees used unmarked, unsecured storage racks with damaged horizontal and vertical components that leaned forward and back. Employees were exposed to falling objects and struck-by hazards created by potential structure failure and collapse of storage rack systems.
