River Dr. Wausau, WI when no form of fall protection was set up or used while decking and framing exterior walls.     Raramuri Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1134088, citation number 1,  item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/13/16, with respect to a workplace located at 9001 N. Prospect, Kansas City, MO 64112.
