1910.1053(d)(3)(i) The employer did not perform initial monitoring to assess the 8-hour TWA exposure for each employee on the basis of one or more personal breathing zone air samples that reflect the exposures of employees on each shift, for each job classification, in each work area. Where several employees perform the same tasks on the same shift and in the same work area:    (a) 501 South Cedar Lane - Employees work with Lincolnweld Submerged Arc Welding fluxes that contain quarts.   The employer did not conduct initial monitoring for employees exposed to materials containing quartz, on or about January 31, 2020.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
