29 CFR 1904.7(b)(1)(iii): A work-related injury or illness which met the criteria of restricted work or transfer to another job was not recorded in the OSHA 300 log. a) On or about January 10 thru January 13, 2020 employee 5126563 was placed on modified duty with no repetitive bending/stooping which was not recorded on the OSHA 300 log for calendar year 2020. b) On or about December 23, 2019 thru January 6, 2020 employee 5126563 was placed on light duty and the restricted work activity was not recorded on the OSHA 300 log for calendar year 2019.
