29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1):    Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles had live parts exposed to employee contact.  At a residential worksite located at 6728 Rockhill Rd, Kansas City, Missouri-Employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards in that the light switch used to light work area for painting did not have protective covers.
