On or about 10/23/19, at jobsite, two employees were not wearing fall protection equipment (harnesses and lanyards) while installing siding using an unsecured and unguarded platform attached to a Genie GHT-844 aerial lift, exposing the workers to about a 15 feet fall hazard.
