29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): A snaphook not designed for directly engage to webbing was engaged directly to webbing. Location: a) On roof of the building: On or about 01/30/2020, an employee was removing demolished debris from the edge of the building. He engaged his harness lanyard snaphook directly onto the webbing of the lanyard to wrap it around a railing as his fall protection. The snaphook is not designed to directly engage onto the webbing. The employee was exposed to fall hazard.
