Excavation site, 5 Sylvester Street, Norwich, CT: On or about January 31, 2020, two employees were exposed to a possible cave-in from an excavation with two vertical walls that measured approximately 15 feet in height, when they poured concrete footers approximately eight to 10 feet from the vertical dirt walls.
