29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, shall be equipped with one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge. Location: 150 River Drive/700 Washington Blvd., Jersey City, NJ. a) Employer did not ensure that the stairway that employees used to access their work area was provided with a stairrail system along the unprotected edge, thereby; exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 12 ft to the ground below; on or about 1/21/20.
