29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):  (a)  On or about 2/3/2020 - F line,  the four (4) pods containing color and activators were not labeled to identify the hazard and content.   (b)  On or about 2/3/2020 - Mezzanine above F line,  the enclosure was not labeled and signs were not posted to alert employees of the presence of chemicals in tanks.  The Day tanks containing 2,4-Toluene-Diisocyanate (TDI)  and polyol were positioned behind the enclosure.
