29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: a) Production Areas: On or before August 13, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards in that, the employer did not provide a way for employees to determine how to exit the building in an emergency situation such as a fire.

29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked. a) Production Areas - Aisle E-F and Aisle G-H: On or before August 13, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards in that, the employer blocked aisles with pallets of boxed materials used in production. b) Production Areas: On or before August 13, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, the employer did not provide separate pathways for forklifts and pedestrians to travel throughout the facility.
