29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(i)(B): A forklift trainee was not prohibited from operating a powered industrial truck not under the direct supervision of a trainer and where such operation could endanger the trainee or other employee: a) Martin-Brower Warehouse: On or about February 03, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that, the employer did not observe or supervise a forklift trainee operating a powered industrial truck prior to completion of an observed performance test. The employee was allowed to practice without supervision.
