29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, shall be kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) Fifth floor: Employees engaged in construction activities such as, reshoring were exposed to slips, trips and fall hazards from debris and excess construction material left in the work area. b) Sixth floor: Employees engaged in construction activities such as, Shoring were exposed to slips, trips and fall hazards from debris and excess construction materials left in the work area. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
