29 CFR 1910.95(k)(2): The training program was not repeated annually for each employee included in the hearing conservation program: On or about February 4th, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees included in the hearing conservation program had received annual training on the following topics required per the standard: a) The effects of noise on hearing; b) The purpose of hearing protectors, the advantages, disadvantages, and attenuation of various types, and instructions on selection, fitting, use, and care, and; c) The purpose of audiometric testing, and an explanation of test procedures.
