Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    99 Everett Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150    On or about 2/4/20, employees conducting roofing work were working within 6 feet of the edge without the use of fall protection.
