29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the site, on January 30, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees working at a height of 10 feet and 6 inches were protected from fall through the use of a fall protection system, thus exposing employees to fall hazards.
