(a)  On or about February 6, 2020, the employer did not assure that employee owned noise cancelling Bluetooth headphones met the requirements for hearing protection under the OSHA noise standard, as those employees were exposed to noise levels up to 91.0 decibels or 115.1% of the daily dose in an eight hour shift.
