29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) On or about December 10, 2019 at 2915 17th Street East, Plametto, FL an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on December 19, 2019, at or around 9:00 A.M. The employer notified OSHA on January 31, 2020 1:45 P.M. of the work related hospitalization.
