29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. Establishment Wide: Numerous safety data sheets (SDSs) were not obtained for chemical products such as paints, solvents, gases, and cleaning products. The SDS needs to be available for employees to reference during the work shift. Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards such as skin, eye, and lung irritation.
