29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  On or about February 6, 2020, at the worksite located at 4152 West Blue Huron Blvd. Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, the employer did not provide employees with effective information and training for hazardous corrosive chemicals used while dispensing including, but not limited to, ammonium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid, exposing employees to eye, skin and inhalation hazards.
