1926.21(b)(2) The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. On or about February 05, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a stuck-by hazard while operating a Reedrill 700/800 Series Auger Drill while side-loading a rebar cage.
