29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: At a workplace located at 829 South Joplin Avenue, Joplin, MO, employees in the premount department were exposed to 14-24 adhesive and 933 solvent which pose serious eye damage/irritation. These exposed employees were not provided with suitable facilities for flushing of the eyes.

29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2): 29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2) Annual electronic submission of OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses by establishments with 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees in designated industries.
