29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. At the jobsite, employees performing roofing activities on the roof were not provided fall protection and exposed to an unprotected fall hazard at a height of over 6 feet to the ground below. Neftali Yanez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1261437, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (10/13/2017), with respect that he did not provide abatement and his previous file is in debt collection, with respect to a workplace located at 6252 Top Soil Fort Worth, Texas 76129.
