29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about 02/11/2020 at Magnolia Bay, Palm Beach Gardens FL, an employee was not protected from falling while working in an aerial lift at a height of 30 feet from ground level. Revival Landscape Service, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, in OSHA inspection #1427102, Citation #1, Item #1, with respect to a workplace located on 174 Greenwich Circle, Jupiter, Florida an employee was not protected from falling while working in an aerial lift at a height of 30 feet from ground level and became a final order on December 18, 2019.
